This is exactly the book I needed however, it did not come with the online code which put me a week behind in my class. by the time I drove to get the online code I only saved about ten dollars.

Summary: "Cd does not work!"

I bought this book new thinking that the cd that is included will help me with studying..well turns out that the Cd does not have the resources like the "case in points" and the answers for the end of chapter review.. What a waste of time and money!

the book was in good shape, I thought the shipping time was a little slow. I did pay extra for it to be shipped quicker and it still took almost 2 weeks to get.

Summary: "Should be better"

The book is greatly written in a simple understandable form, yet when you do the review questions you encounter a big problem. Some of the provided answers in the CD are wrong and could really throw you off if you dont know your stuff, that really made me mad because it makes you doubt yourself and you have to go back to the book to find the correct answers.
